Yes. If you need to update your photos or story, please contact us as soon as possible. Your plan includes a set number of revisions, depending on the plan you choose. We’ll let you know whether your requested changes fall within your included revisions before proceeding.

Your album is hosted for the duration included in your chosen plan: 3 years, 5 years, or 10 years. Lifetime plans do not require renewal.

One month before your hosting period expires, we’ll send a reminder to your registered email address. We’ll send another reminder one week before expiry and a final reminder one day before expiry. Each reminder will include a renewal link and details of the renewal fee, which is 50% of the current standard price of your original plan.

If you renew, your album will remain online for another hosting period of the same duration as your original plan. If your hosting period expires without renewal, your album will be made private and will no longer be accessible to the public through its link.

We’ll keep your private album temporarily after expiry in case you wish to renew. If you contact us and renew during this retention period, we may be able to restore your existing album. If you don’t renew within the retention period, your album will be permanently deleted from our servers.

If you wish to have your album recreated after it has been permanently deleted, you’ll need to place a new order at the full current price of your chosen plan.

Absolutely! Every album comes with a personalised link and a unique QR code, making it easy to share your memories with family and friends. They can open your album on their phones, tablets, or computers without needing a physical album. You can share the link or QR code through messaging apps, email, or social media.

Your digital album is typically delivered within 1–2 days after we’ve received all the required photos, event details, story, and other necessary information. If anything is missing, delivery may take longer.

Each plan includes a specific number of revisions. If you need additional changes beyond that allowance, please contact us before requesting the extra work. We’ll confirm whether we can accommodate the changes and let you know about any additional charges before proceeding.

Yes! If you’d like to upgrade to a longer hosting plan, please contact our customer support team by email. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a personalised payment link.

You’ll only need to pay the price difference between your current plan and your desired plan, based on the applicable plan prices. For example, if you purchased the 3-year plan for $29 and later wish to upgrade to the Lifetime plan priced at $89, you’ll pay just $60 to upgrade.

Our team will handle the upgrade manually and help ensure your album continues to be available under your new plan.
