Special Album can be used for many types of special moments, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, graduations, family celebrations, parties and more.

We’re currently showcasing wedding albums and templates, but if you’d like to create an album for another type of event, such as a birthday, graduation, anniversary or family celebration, please contact our support team. We’ll be happy to discuss your requirements and create something special for you.

After you choose and purchase your plan, you’ll receive a form in your Special Album account. Simply fill in your event details, upload your photos and provide any other information we need. We’ll take care of the rest and create your album for you.

Yes. Each plan includes a specific number of revisions. You can request changes after reviewing your album, such as adjusting photos, text or other design details within the scope of the included revisions.

We aim to create and publish your album within 48 hours after receiving all the required photos and information.

Your album is carefully created by our design team, not simply generated and delivered automatically. We take the time to review your photos, understand the story behind your special moments and thoughtfully arrange your album so it feels personal and meaningful.

Because every album receives a human touch, it may take a little longer than an instant, fully automated service. If we need additional information from you, the creation time may take longer.

Your album is designed to be shareable through a unique link. Anyone who has the link may be able to view the album.

If you have privacy concerns or would like specific privacy options for your album, please contact us before publishing.

Your album remains available for the period included in your selected plan.

When the hosting period is approaching its end, we’ll provide information about available options to continue hosting your album, where applicable.

Your original photos remain yours. Special Album is primarily designed to preserve and display your memories as an online album rather than replace your original photo storage.

We recommend keeping your original photos safely backed up in your own storage.

Lifetime means the lifetime of the Special Album service, not the lifetime of an individual person.

Your album will remain hosted for as long as the Special Album service continues to operate, subject to our Terms and Conditions and any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Yes. Your album comes with a shareable link and QR code that you can share through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other messaging or social platforms.

With your permission, we may also feature selected albums on Special Album’s social media channels.

Yes. You can choose from our available album templates when submitting your order. Our team will then create your album using the selected design.

After your payment is confirmed, you’ll provide your photos, event details and other information needed to create your album. Our team will review the submitted content, build your album and send it to you for review.

Refund eligibility depends on when you request the refund and whether work has already started on your album.

You retain ownership of the photos and personal content you provide to us. You give Special Album permission to use that content as necessary to create, host and display your album.

If you give us permission to feature your album on our social media or promotional materials, we’ll use it according to that permission.

We retain submitted content only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and support your service, subject to our Privacy Policy. We recommend keeping your own backup of all original photos and important files.
